Directions

Write a 500-word paper that answers the following questions.

• What is your job? If you don't currently have a job, write about a prior job.
• Which Wage Order applies to your employer? Why?  Support your conclusion by referencing the applicable Wage Order definition language.
• Go through each element of the executive exemption and identify whether it applies to you. If so, why?  If not, why not?
• Go through each element of the administrative exemption and identify whether it applies to you.  If so, why?  If not, why not?
• Go through each element of the professional exemption and identify whether it applies to you. If so, why?  If not, why not?
