The California Industrial Welfare Commission (IWC) Wage Orders regulate wages, hours, and working conditions. Employers must comply with the IWC Wage Order and California and Federal labor laws applicable to their business or industry.

As an HR professional, it is essential that you inherently understand that employees have rights under California State Guidelines. This discussion aims to allow you another opportunity to learn about Industrial Wage Orders (IWOs) and how they will impact your work, both now and in the future.
