Climate Action Night Poster Final Draft

Now that you have a rough draft of your CAN Google Slide Presentation, you need to create your final draft. Here are the steps you should take to do so:

After meeting with your instructor and mentor to go over  your Rough Draft, you should have a list of corrections and additions 

• Make those changes to the Slide Presentation
• Print out the slides that pertain to your bill
• cut and paste those onto your tri-fold poster (to be picked up from your instructor)

Color Printing

• We want images and pictures to be in color so the posters are attractive and eye catching
• To save money- print out only what you need in color, and leave bullet points in black and white
• We will  have an account at one of the copy shops in Sonoma County for groups that need some help covering the costs
• Your instructor/mentor will have access to that information. 

Upload Google Slide Presentation

• Submit this Google Slide Presentation to your instructor 
• Remember you must give  Edit Access to the Google Slide Show!
• Follow these steps
• Find and click on 'Share" button in the upper right. 

• Click the ''Change to anyone with link'' hyperlink at the bottom of this popup window

• Now click the Dropdown menu and select ''Anyone with Link''

• Click done
• And the icon in the upper right should  have changed to this.
