Course Syllabus
Welcome to Online Yoga ~ KFIT 6, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3
You are in the right place if you signed up for Introduction to Yoga, Beginning Yoga, Intermediate or Advanced Yoga.
This is an asynchronous course, meaning this course is all done online through Canvas and there are no zoom meetings. For attendance and participation points you will be asked to do 2 to 3 weekly pre-recorded video yoga practices and submit your time-lapse video in the assignments by Sunday at 11:55pm.
Please know that you will lose 10% of your points on any submission per day it is late, so if you are 3 days late for a 10 point submission, you will receive 7 of those 10 points. I will not deduct beyond that. If you submit, no matter how late, you can still receive up to 70%, so DO complete assignments even if you missed the due date. I set the gradebook up so that you will see 0 points for missing submissions, but you can certainly submit and that grade will update. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to message me or email me. – 1.5 Units
