Compensation is a broad term that includes all the extrinsic and intrinsic rewards an employee receives as a result of employment.
Compensation administration programs are designed to provide competitive, equitable, and legally compliant pay to all employees, through the use of salary structures and formal policies and procedures.
Laws impacting salary administration are constantly changing.
This module is designed to assist you in knowing how to review and update your programs on a regular basis to ensure legal compliance when initiating or making material changes to how you pay employees.
