This week we will learn how to use proper alignment to help prevent injuries while practicing yoga. I've also included a page of Spotify playlists if you'd like to use music throughout the practices.

Read  Yoga Alignment for Injury Prevention

Attend: the Live Zoom Meetings Tuesday & Thursday 7:30-9:00am or do pre-recorded yoga videos and submit your time-lapse video in the assignments.  Your 1st practice due by Friday and 2nd due by Sunday. Two sessions required each week.
