To access the 24 Hour phone Canvas Support Hotline, click on the Help button (the question mark symbol) in the left side navigation area of your Canvas account. The toll-free phone number will be listed under the menu that comes up. You can speak live with a support technician no matter what time you call the number. The Hotline is good for general "how to" questions or if you notice Canvas is not operating correctly.
