Post: Cultural Analysis Topic and Notes

Collecting detailed notes about aspects of your cultural analysis topic will assist you in locating and articulating your argument.

• Begin by watching, playing, and/or listening to your topic (tv show, movie, video games, etc.).
• Take notes about representations within the bulleted list on your assignment sheet and post them for your peers to see. *You will need detailed notes to write this essay. Include observations about visuals, dialogue, etc. to ensure you have enough textual evidence to support an argument.

You are welcome to comment on your peers' notes, although it is not required. I would primarily like for your notes to be made public to the class to allow you to see a range of approaches to this assignment.
