Types of Meditation
Read over the Types of Types of Meditation Handout and choose one or more of the Meditation Styles to practice this week in your own time! We will have a class discussion on your experience next week. You may try different types, but I want you to practice one type it at least 3 times this week and take notes after on your experience of it so you can share with the class next week in the upcoming discussion. There is no discussion this week. Simply turn in your two time-lapse videos.
We will discuss your experience in the discussion.
