Description
In this assignment, we will be reading an article from a publication for Dietary Managers called Food and Nutrition Edge. You can choose one article you want to read and then take the quiz that follows.
If you want to read both you can do that and take both quizzes and earn 10 points extra credit.

Objectives
The reason we are reading these articles is to understand a bit more about what the job of the CDM entails and the variety of interesting challenges and subject matter that are present in their jobs.
