Discussion 4 - Type of Business

Purpose: This discussion addresses these module goals:

• Explain different types of business entities
• Differentiate between general partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships

Select at least 2 types of business ownership described in the textbook that you feel would be the best fit for you.  Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the types of business ownership you choose from a personal point of view.  There is no right or wrong answer as different individuals prefer different types of businesses, but your should refer to the textbook description of the business type in your answer.
