This week's textbook chapter discusses Human Resources Management and diversity in human resources. Using information from this week's reading, video, outside sources, and your own personal experience asnwer the following questions:
How can we better learn to understand, respect, and value individual differences?
How can we develop strategies for working together to increase productivity and to attain better results?
