Quiz 4 (Section 14.5 & Most of 14.6)

Quiz Information:

• Quiz 4 will be held at the beginning of class on Thursday, 9/19.
• It will cover the Section 14.5 and most of the 14.6 material.
  • There will be no questions about tangent planes to level surfaces or normal lines on this quiz.
• You can use your calculator on this quiz.
• I will give you the following notes on this quiz. No other notes will be allowed.
• This will be a group quiz - you will work individually for the ten minutes, then, if you wish, you may work in a group of up to three students for the remaining time.
• To study for this quiz, I recommend that you review the class notes, read the textbook, and complete the homework assignment. If you need additional practice problems, I recommend you the odd exercises from the textbook.
