Fill in the tables completely and accurately. Directions are on each page.
The reports you will use to fill in the tables are the 3 reports you turned in for Part 2 and your profile that is located under the Settings tab in profile and targets.

Page 1 Energy Nutrients:
There is a table with 3 blank coulmns that you fill in for each nutrient. Here are the directions for each row.
Column 1-Target. These numbers are found in your profile and targets page. Go to the settings tab on your dashboard and hit profile and targets. Scroll down until you see Nutrient targets and there are different tabs for each section like energy, vitamins, etc. This is picture of the vitamin targets but you can see the other tabs you can click on to get targets for minerals, etc. Water is under the general tab.
For your macronutrient targets (carbs, fat, protein) look on the first page of your diary right after the list of foods.
Row 2-Intake. This is from the 3 reports you turned in. You have to find the average for each nutrient(sorry this is the free version:). Add the totals for each nutrient and divide by 3 to find the average. I gave some examples in the video above.
So I would add 98.7+73.7+26.5=198.9 divide by 3= 66.3mg is the average
Put that number under intake in the table for Vit C.
Row 3-% of Goal. To find the percent of goal divide your intake by your target and multiply by 100 to make it a percent.
Page 2 and 3 Vitamins and Minerals
There is a table with 4 blank rows that you fill in.Here are the directions for each row. The first 3 rows are exactly the same as the first page!

Row 3-% of Goal. This is also located on the 3 reports you turned in so you also have to find the average of your % of goal. Add the total percent for each nutrient and divide by 3 to find the average.
Row 4-Top Food Sources. See directions on the bottom of page 2 and 3 for this column.
Page 4 Energy Balance has directions on it.
Page 5 Water Balance has directions on it.
