3. Case Study: Carol is a 48 year old female who is not feeling well lately. Carol is under much stress from family and financial problems. Her husband was recently laid off after 28 years on his job and the family has lost health insurance coverage. Carol babysits for her daughter five mornings a week and tries to help her three other married children as much as possible. On physical exam she is 5’2”and 170 pounds. Her mom had diabetes and died from the complications. Her diet history revealed the following:
