Healthy fats..how do you add them to your diet in place of saturated fats.

Review what you learned about the healthy fats and fins new ideas on how to incorporate them into your diet.

In this module we learned about substituting healthy fats for unhealthy fats as a way to lower your risk for heart disease. Tell us about how you can do this in your diet and how you incorporate healthy fats into your daily diet or how you plan to start! These discussion can be a good place to get meal and snack ideas so please share!
