Choose one video (they are around 25-40 min each) to watch and comment on it in your discussion post. 

For your Initial Post due by Friday at 11:59pm:

In at least 100 words, comment on what you learned from the NDTR spotlight you watched.  Tell us what job they had a little bit about what they do in that position.  Also comment on..... What stood out to you about their interview? How did they land their position? What was the biggest thing you learned? What questions do you still have about the DTR job?

For your Response to one classmate by at 11:59pm:Sunday

Expand the discussion by replying in 100 words or more to at least 1 classmate’s post. Responses may include describing your own life experience or other real-word situation related to the post, providing additional information from assigned or outside content (just be sure to cite or link to sources), disagreeing respectfully by describing your own interpretation, proposing a new idea, or asking a probing question.
