For your Initial Post due by Sunday at 11:59pm:

First go to this link on queendom .com Links to an external site.

It is a page that has several tests on it.  Scroll down to the Interpersonal Communication Skills Test and get started. It should take about 10-15 minutes.  

Then in a 100 words or less share what you found out.  Are you surprised by the results? What are you good at? What areas do you need to improve? How does this relate to you as a team member? You don't have to answer all those just some ideas to get you started..

For your Response to 1 classmate by Sunday at 11:59pm:

Expand the discussion by replying in 100 words or more to at least 1 classmate’s post. Responses may include describing your own life experience or other real-word situation related to the post, providing additional information from assigned or outside content (just be sure to cite or link to sources), disagreeing respectfully by describing your own interpretation, proposing a new idea, or asking a probing question.]
