Instructions

  • You will have 25 minutes to complete this quiz of 15 questions, plus two extra credit (EC) questions. Don't get bogged down on any one question. You can flag questions to return to by clicking the little flag upper left of each question. Don't forget to come back to it!
  • You can use your class notes and your textbook but NO other resources (not the slide file, not Google, not AI, not other web pages or sources, no other person, etc. Your time is limited, so it's good to know your stuff! If you are using an eText version of our textbook, you may refer to that.
  • If you cannot view an image or play a video, try reloading the quiz or using a different browser (Chrome)
  • You may write on scratch paper during the quiz if you wish, but it must be blank at the start of the quiz.
  • There are several question types, grouped together: Multiple Choice (MC), Multiple Answer (MA) (see next item), Multiple Dropdown (MD). occasionally matching or short answer. There is an announcement that explains these various quiz/exam question formats.
  • Some of the questions state "[Choose all that apply]".  Such Multiple Answer questions have one or more correct answers.
  • Check time and question list on upper right to return to questions. Be sure to answer all, even if you have to guess.
  • When you finish and submit, your answers will be shown with the incorrect answers marked. Your score, out of 10pts, will show up in your gradebook immediately. I must manually grade the two extra credit questions, which will update your grade later.
  • The correct answers will appear Monday at 11:59pm; you can re-enter the quiz any time after that to see the correct answers, useful for future study.
