Units of Measurement

The purpose of this assignment is to give you practice converting from one unit of measurement to another.

Directions

Convert the following units of measurement into the new unit indicated.

For example:

12 c = [          ] pts

I'm converting cups into pints, a smaller unit to a larger unit. Therefor, I am going to DIVIDE the original number in the problem (12) by the number of cups in a pint. 

2 cups = 1 pint

12 ÷ 2 = 6

12 c = 6 pts
