Welcome everyone to CUL 250.1 Culinary Arts Survey!!

I hope you all are doing alright and taking this new challenge one day at a time. This is going to be an interesting 7 weeks - not quite what we expected!!

HOWEVER! I am here to make sure you all get through this class so you can continue on with your training as soon as possible.

If there is one thing I've learned from my time working in kitchens is that you've got be adaptable and do what is necessary to keep everything going!

Most importantly - if you are struggling at any time or need any help or just someone to talk to please let me know! I am here for you.

If online learning is new for you, or not what you wanted for this class just know that I will do everything I can to help you succeed in this brave new world of remote learning.

We are going to take this class one week at a time.

I will be posting new material and lectures for you all to view on a weekly basis on your own time schedule. This class is asynchronous! There will be assignments and quizzes to complete every week as well as discussions to participate in.

If ever you have an issue with anything or are confused about how all this will work - get in touch! I am here to help you, I am your humble guide through this culinary exploration!!
