This design has an interesting approach to proximity. Notice the use of boxes to organize content. Do you see how the designer also made connections between content by overlapping images and boxes?

This site features lots of text content! Proximity is used really well in this example to organize text and images in to content groups. Notice how easy it is to understand the information and identify the different sections.
