Letter format

Class discussion, Wednesday, 4/16 and Monday, 4/21

1. Discuss/consider the product/service you are going to sell in your proposal assignment. Who will want/need to buy this product/service- i.e., your customer? What are their traits? (demographic: age, location, gender, education level, interests and more).

2. Based on your customer's traits, write a bullet list of what the customer is looking for. Then discuss- what information you will include in your proposal introduction and background areas to interest and engage your audience (potential customers)? 

3. Business proposals can be either solicited or unsolicited. What category of proposal, solicited or unsolicited, is more likely to succeed and why?
