  1. Go back and watch one of your time-lapse video submissions from Week 1, then go watch one of your video submissions from this week and observe whether you can see changes to your practice or the way you move through the practice. 

Next: Answer the following questions 

  1. What did you observe looking back on the first and most recent video submission? (1 points)
  2. List and describe any positive changes in your mind, body, or spirit that you’ve experienced through the practice of yoga this Semester. (3 points)
  3. What parts of this class so far have helped you feel better or grow the most? (2 point)
  4. Look back at your yoga goals and reflect on your progress. What have you done that has helped your progress? What has hindered your progress? Anything you can change or do differently for the second half of this class? (4 points)

    • Improve flexibility, muscular strength, balance, and coordination.
    • Demonstrate introductory level Hatha yoga asanas and techniques.
    • Properly demonstrate breathing and centering yoga methods.
  • Beginning Yoga (KFIT 6.1)
    • Demonstrate beginning level Hatha yoga asanas and techniques.
    • Describe beginning relaxation, breathing and centering yoga methods.
  • Intermediate Yoga (KFIT 6.2)
    • Demonstrate intermediate level Hatha yoga asanas and techniques.
  • Advanced Yoga (KFIT 6.3)
    • Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to perform advanced level asanas (postures) and yoga techniques.
    • Describe relaxation, breathing and centering methods used in Yoga.
