The nutrition care process (NCP) is a systematic problem-solving method that dietetic practitioner uses to critically think and make decisions to address nutrition-related problems and provides safe, effective high-quality nutrition care. This includes nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition interventions, and nutrition monitoring and evaluation. In this module and the next, we will be covering the components of the NCP.
