Overview

This week we will explore another nutrient, protein! We will look at why you need protein, where we find it in our foods, how much do you need and what happens if you don't have enough or too much? We will also look at different vegetarian diets and how they impact your health.

  •  Describe the sources, intake recommended for well-being, including results of over and
      under consumption, for the following: protein
