Climate Action Night

Thursday, April 24th, 5-7pm
Santa Rosa Junior College Bertolini Student Center

SRJC, SSU and high school students will present tri-fold posters, “science fair style” about California State Assembly or Senate bills, and local county and city campaigns.  The goal is to educate the community about current legislation and local campaigns related to climate change, climate justice and sustainability, so that they can take action against the climate crisis.

How many extra credit points can I earn? 

You can earn 5 extra credit points for each workday Short Answers and End of the Week Quiz  group, so it is equivalent to an extra 5% 

Note -- In order to make an assignment worth extra credit, it has to be listed out of 0 points. 

Note -- total extra credit points in the class will be capped at 25. There will be some additional extra credit opportunities if the stewardship days do not work for your schedule.

Submit a photo of yourself at the event

2. Visit at least 6 different student presentations.

Submit photo of your CAN Passport with stamps - this is a document that you will be given when you attend CAN that gets stamped at each student group you visit.
