Motivation Lecture and Reading

In this module you will participate in a discussion about motivational theories and begin working on your second case study assignment (due October 21). In the meantime, please take the time to read through the assignment in this module before you begin working on the assignments; consider the time you spend reading and viewing the lecture as your "class time". Chapter 5-motivational theories link to recorded lecture is below.

A few tips for your next case study assignment (case study 2) due October 21:

  • Total question responses should be 2 pages minimum (or about 500 words), double spaced, of your own writing (not including the case study scenario or questions). There should be a single space between paragraphs.
  • For this case study, follow essay format: write an introduction (summary of the case study), body (responses to the questions) and a conclusion (summarizing your ideas).
  • Apply the concepts learned from the text and lecture to the questions.
  • Answer the questions fully- these are multi-part questions.
  • If using sources, including any information used from the textbook then you must cite the source and include a list of references (works cited, or list of sources) at the end of your paper in APA format. You do not need to follow APA paper format, only use APA format to cite your sources.
