Summary

Recap:

This week we examined 2 areas of the lifespan.  First was feeding infants and children.  You should have learned what nutrients are important in first foods and what are some health habits for children around food.  Then we looked at the elderly and what this age group needs to have a functional healthy life.  In your assignment you were able to understand how it feels to be elderly and how it may be difficult for them to get all the nutrients they need.
