This week we will learn about the vitamins. We will learn what a vitamin is and the general uses in the body. We will learn the difference between fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins. Then we will look at 9 different vitamins and learn their function, foods they are found in, how much we need and what happens if we have too much or too little of this vitamin.
