For Example:

Person Interviewed: Jane Smith

Position Held by Interviewee: Substance Abuse Counselor

Email & Phone # of Interviewee: Jane.Smith@healthyliving.com (707) 555-5555

Date of Interview: 07/20/2020

Location: (By phone, email, or in person) We met in person at her office

Question 1: Can you please describe your typical work day for me.

Answer: Jane said that her typical work day consists of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and doing client in-take in the mornings, meeting with clients going over their current issues in the mid-afternoon, and running a group counseling session in the late afternoon.

My Reaction: This sounds very interesting to me because I want to work both one-on-one with clients as well as in group settings.  I would like having a routine schedule and being able to have weekends off.
