Think about what you expect from your local law enforcement agency. What are the important values you think every law enforcement agency should have. A value is something of worth, a principle, a standard that is held by all members of the agency and is apparent in their work and service. What are the values you think are most important for a law enforcement agency to have? Another way to think about this question. If you were the chief of police, what values would you set for your department?
