Instructions

  • Part of your Math 15 and Math 215 Grade is a semester-long Project. This project is broken into several parts, which you will work on and turn in over the semester. This is your chance to tell me if you wish to work by yourself or collaborate with other students in the class. 
  • If you choose to work in a group and know who you would like to work with, please tell me and I will honor that choice.
  • If you want to work in a group and don't know anyone else in the class yet, don't worry... I will assign those groups.
  • If you start out working in a group and at any point decide that it's just not working, no problem. Just speak with me or send me an email and I will help you "break up" with your group. 
  • If you do not fill out this survey by 3 p.m. on Thursday, 1/25, I will assume that you want to work alone.
