Discussion
For class discussion, Monday, January 22: Can you think of examples in your own work life when you had a good manager? What are the specific qualities about this person that made them an effective manager? Did their good management motivate or inspire you to be a good employee?
For class discussion, Wednesday, January 24: Review case study 1 and the case study instructions Download case study instructions. Come prepared to discuss them in class on Wednesday.
