Professor Evaluation Form - Pure Online Only Classes 

As part of the SRJC's ongoing evaluation of professors, students are requested to provide feeback regarding their experience with specific classes. Normally, this student evaluation is conducted in classrooms after an observation by a faculty peer or administrator. Since this class is conducted online, we are providing the opportunity for you to respond to the approved student evaluation questions online as well.  

The following questions and opportunity for written remarks are exactly the same as provided students in traditional classrooms. As in the traditional classroom student evaluations, your comments will remain confidential. Your feedback is very important.  

To ensure your comments are included, please respond within one week. Better yet, take a moment now and complete this important form. Thank you for your participation.  

Please note that your responses will be routed through the college's webmaster. Accordingly, the email sender's address/name/screen name will not be known to either the college or the professor you are evaluating.

In other words this evaluation is totally anonymous! So please feel free to be candid.
