Overview - Week 3

Topic

This week we will learn about the practice of meditation, the benefits of yoga, and watch a TED Talk on stress.  After reviewing these, post in the discussion to let us know what your yoga goals are for this class. You may find other classmates that share a similar goal.

Please email me your goals for our Yoga class by Wed Feb 10th.

Attend: the Live Zoom Meetings Mon and Wed 9:00-10:15am or do pre-recorded yoga videos and submit your time-lapse video in the assignments.  Your 1st practice due by Friday and 2nd due by Sunday. Two sessions required each week.
