Ecosystems are made of the living organisms and their physical environment (abiotic). This would include the carbon, nitrogen, water, energy, phosphorus and.. the list is long. We are going to focus on the energy and carbon movement in ecosystems.

Review of Energy, Photosynthesis, Cell Respiration 

Remember that energy is anything that can do work or generate heat. There are many different forms of energy, but we are going to focus on 3 types

• • Light energy
  • Chemical energy
  • Heat

In this video, I will go over these 3 types of energy and how that applies to cell respiration and photosynthesis.
