Technical Support

SRJC's Information Technology Department provides technical support for students covering general topics such as student email, campus WiFi, computer labs, the student portal (myCubby), etc. The Maggini computer lab provides drop-in face-to-face support for students with topics such as how to get a student email account, how to register for an online class, where your online class website is located, how to find your class homepage, how to contact your instructor, etc.

Tutoring

  • The FREE SRJC Tutorial Center is another great option.
    • Live drop-in tutoring is available during Fall 2022 term starting August 15th: 
      • Monday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
      • Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
      • Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
    • Drop-In Live Tutoring  -  Will connect you with a tutor
    • Virtual Front Desk - Will connect you with tutorial center staff  available for questions during our hours of operations

SRJC Libraries

The SRJC Libraries create access to quality resources and instruct students in research skills. Also see the Help + Support Library page to get real-time support.

You can borrow materials from the library, including textbooks, calculators, hotspots, and laptops: Curbside Services
