Please number 1-3 and type your responses to the following questions:
1. What is one new fitness or wellness habit you want to create during this class? For example, you could set a goal about your physical, mental/emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, financial or environmental well-being. Make sure you just choose only one new change, not an overall "lifestyle makeover." Do not choose "lose weight" as your goal, because weight loss is a RESULT of changing behaviors; it is not an action. If you're interested in weight management, choose just one change that could be part of losing weight, such as: eating more fiber, drinking more water, decreasing sugar intake, getting more sleep, doing 2 additional workouts per week, etc. **Make sure your goal is about JUST ONE NEW HABIT!** (4 points)
2. How does attending Mat Pilates this semester relate to your goal? Examples could be improved endurance, strength, flexibility, stress management, better posture, feeling more energetic, etc. (3 points)
3. Report any potential pitfalls, excuses, obstacles, blocks to progress, or setbacks that may occur, and a plan to overcome them? (3 points)
