Summary - Week 1

So in this module we learned about how nutrition discoveries, research and information has evolved.  We also looked at how the careers of Diet Tech and Registered Dietitian came about. Finally we started to explore the concept of professionalism.

Ok now we are ready to dive in! Our first career path we will be exploring is the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
