Instructions

We will use this website for our activity in order to explore the following study guide question:

  1. What is the connection between genes, proteins, phenotype and natural selection? How does variation  in genes lead to variations in protein structure? How does that variation in the protein structure lead to variation in phenotype? How does variation in phenotype lead to differences in survival and reproduction?

On this website you can look at specific examples. I'd like you to examine:

  • Mendel's Peas
  • Song Learning In Birds

Then take this short quiz on the subject.

Only registered, enrolled users can take graded quizzes
