Exam 1a

Before you take this portion of the exam, please read and understand the following

1. You are allowed to use your notes and your book, but I recommend that you have a page of notes to work off of because it makes things easier. You should also have writing tools and your graphing calculator. I will have paper to write on.  
2. There will be no collaboration with other students in or out of this class on this exam.
3. You will open your exam in Canvas in class and complete the exam in class. Every problem will require supporting work written on paper. When you are finished, turn in your exam work to me before you leave.
4. The exam will not be timed, but you only have the in class time to complete it.
5. You are welcome and encouraged to come up and ask me questions if you need some help during the exam.
6. I will review all exam results and adjust the score as appropriate. 
7. Any violation of these rules will result in a zero on this portion of the exam.
