Resources for Assistance and Support

The final piece of information for success is knowing where to get help if you need it.

Do you have a course logistics question or question about the material? Post to the Course Q&A discussion.

If you have a time-sensitive question about the course, and it is one you are comfortable sharing with other students —especially a question your peers might be pondering, as well—please post it to the Course Q&A discussion (see if someone else has already posted it first).  I will respond within 24 hours (except weekends), but, even better, like crowdsourcing, a peer may jump in and answer your question more quickly.

Do you have a personal question or emergency? Contact me.

If you have a personal question about the course, contact me.  You can contact me via email (jpalladini@santarosa.edu), or use the Canvas Inbox. From the Canvas Navigation Pane, click on "Inbox" to access your Canvas conversations.  I also have hours available to chat via phone or Zoom.  These will be posted soon.

EOPS: Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS) is a program that helps full-time, low income, educationally disadvantaged students (e.g., first generation college students, those without a high school diploma or GED, foster youth, ESL students, or those who test at low English or math levels) achieve their academic goals at Santa Rosa Junior College

Disability Resources: The Disability Resources Department (DRD) facilitates equal access for qualified students to community college education through services, academic accommodations, and educational assistance courses in accordance with state and federal law. Students with verified disabilities are encouraged to request services through this department.
