End-of-semester student survey

State Fire Training (SFT) and Santa Rosa Junior College are constantly striving to improve course content and honest student feedback is critical in this pursuit. To that end, SFT has developed this optional, ungraded survey which provides students with the opportunity to give anonymous feedback about the course to the instructor.
