First group: These three links will take you directly to a Canvas Survey or Quiz, where you will answer some questions, for 2 pts EC, each, due prior to class or first two weeks of class.

Second group: Each of the next four is worth 2 pts (1 pt for each item submitted up to 2). Read instructions at each link, but basically you will upload a link or a file within the assignment to an article, video, or web cam relevant to our class, or your heart data. Try to submit items on two different topics and from different sources, if you can.
