As you begin to test you business hypothesis, you will be learning a wealth about your market, channels, partners, products and processes. By focusing, unbiasedly, on your measurements (e.g. how many people clicked that ad? How long did it take to turn a potential customer into an actual customer? What parts of our product do our customers like the most/least? Which adwords performed the best?), your job becomes to repeat and grow what is working and minimize what is not working about your venture.

As we are not able to host this course over a long enough duration to realize the lessons and ground the concept of finding a repeatable model, we will extract what we can from existing businesses whom had followed the lean start-up model and doubled-down on a model that is repeatable and scalable.
