 Overview

 You have annotated a graphic organizer while reading "The Power of Creativity", created a vocabulary notebook to learn and use new words, and discussed the reading with your classmates to share ideas.  Now it's time to assess what you've learned. 

Objectives

This reading comprehension quiz will assess how much you interacted with the reading passage and understood what you read. 

If you used the graphic organizer and annotated while you read, completed the vocabulary notebook and paid attention, you should do very well on this quiz.

One of the objectives of this module is to:

  • Predict the main idea in a reading passage by looking at the title, subheadings and graphics

Directions

This is a multiple choice quiz, so you will have a few answers to choose from.  Choose the answer that  best answers each question. You will have three chances to answer each question. Yes, that's three chances. You will receive the best score you earn after three tries, so don't give up on the first try if you don't get all the points!

Since you have had some time to interact with the reading already, this is a closed book quiz. This means that you should not use the book while taking this quiz. 

You will see the correct answers after your last attempt.
