First Day Survey

This survey is for both ESL 371 and 781 students. 

Please answer the questions  so that I can know more about you as a student.  On the final question, write as much as you can. If you are a 781 student, your writing will help me to place you in the correct level. For those students who need more time to practice their writing, I will recommend that you take Ellen Licht's ESL 781 class which meets at the same time and on the same days as this class.
