Retail Progress Report 2

Self-assessments are a part of the students' clinical experience/education, progress reports are conducted by working student pharmacy technicians. It is imperative that students be supervised, guided, and evaluated. The program does rely on clinical preceptor to instruct, evaluate competency and document hours worked for the State Board of Pharmacy toward Pharmacy Technician licensure on all of its students. Your timely completion of this progress report,  will help achieve this objective.
