Instructions

Learning Objectives:

1.  Solve probability problems by hand when they related to whole number values of x and the normal distribution.

2.  Use technology to find probabilities involving the normal distribution

3.  Find x values corresponding to areas under the normal curve.

4.  Solve application problems when the distribution is normal.

You will be able to retake it as many times as you wish before the due date and only your highest score will be included in your course grade.  When the question asks you to round to two decimal places, you must.  For example if the calculation produces 2.4589 and you put in 2.4589 then it will be counted as incorrect.  You would have to enter 2.46 to get the question correct.  The purpose of this assignment is to learn the concepts and not to just get the answers correct, so please make sure you fully understand the concepts before moving on.

Good luck!
